ABOUT VIMS
Our Heritage
In the year 1985, the wise founders of Vijay Educational Society recognised a dearth of good paramedical educational institutions for courses like Nursing, BPT and B.Sc (MLT).
The vacuum was filled with the birth of VIMS — a very welcome and timely move, like providing a pot of water to a parched traveller. VIMS set a trend for others to follow. It created innovative teaching modules for students aiming for paramedical courses, and through its integrated coaching programme, has found success from the year of its inception.
Vijay Educational Society started its journey with Vijay Niketan at Vijayawada in 1973. Today, VES runs general, nursing and paramedical institutions spread across the entire district and the state, with a presence of nearly 50 years.
